His love for Freya made him lost his adventurer spirit. But he is a nice guy, so he will help players by giving them a quest he had to do when he was younger.
Talk to Hercules @ InfiniCity (Parnassus).
Go to Hot Springs and kill monsters until you have 300 Knight Coins.
Then go back to Hercules and he will ask you to kill the Raid Boss Skylancer level 78

Once Skylancer beaten, go back to Hercules and choose your weapon S.
